- Contact us
for a free consultation. You can fill online
form or call us toll-free (888) 712-7690.
- After having our feedback, fill out form 2848
Power of Attorney. From now on, you will never have to talk
to an IRS agent. In fact, we recommend that you don't.
- The technical requirements on liens and the
removal of liens is complex. section 6323(j) of the Internal
Revenue Code permits with IRS to withdraw a notice of a lien
in multiple situations. There are newly drafted regulations
under this section of the Code, for example, that suggest the
removal of a lien in circumstances where it is in the mutal
interest of the IRS and the taxpayer to remove the lien. In
most cases, a lien serves no purpose if a taxpayer does not
own real estate.
- Send us IRS notices and other relevant documents-that
we will identify-pertaining to your personal or your business
income.
- File unfiled tax returns.
- Sit back and relax.
